MAN STRUGGLES WITH VIEW QUEST, CUSTOMER SERVICE WANTS TO CALL HIM AFTER MIDNIGHT

A man posted a Facebook post stating the customer service experience he receives from ViewQuest.

Here is his story:

“Viewqwest has the most incredible customer service, for example, if you want to activate/deactivate the VPN service, you have to call their hotline – each time 45mins to an hour.

Three occasions I’ve called, twice I was cut off after getting through and had to call again. This time, I called regarding the slow speeds, line was cut off and so I sent in an email.

Instead of calling me back ASAP, they arranged for a callback with a 9 hour window stretching from the afternoon to past midnight.”
