A netizen shared a story about how his colleague takes leaves but still comes back to the office.

Here is the story:

I got this colleague the whole department damn dulan with him.

He is a workaholic and doesnt like to take leave. Actually he hardworking we also dont really care much. But he dont use his leave throughout the year and keep all until the last 2 months.

Then last 2 months no choice have to clear all away then he started to take a lot of leave.

When he takes leave, he is still in the office half the time or if not he will work from home. The thing that make us dulan is that our office got a quota of how many people can go on leave per day.

So this person will take up a leave slot like permanently for the last 2 months. As a result, everyday one less person can take leave during the end of year while he is still working most of the time when hes on leave.

Very inconsiderate, dont need the leave but still dont want to clear leave early.

We go ask him and he say he save his leave for just in case he needs to use it =.=.

Ask our boss he also say cannot let another one of us go as it will still be reflected in the system he is on leave zzz.
