MAN TOPS UP $50 FOR BEDOK KOPITIAM BUT END UP MOST OF THE STALLS DONT ACCEPT

I want to complain about Bedok Central Blk 205 Bedok North St1 Kopitiam & Foodfare. Right beside Heartbeat@Bedok.

This is so misleading I topped up my Kopitiam card $50 but end up only 2 stalls is able to use Kopitiam Card. The rest of the stalls must pay cash. Why so misleading?! Should have declared upfront only 2 stalls accept Kopitiam card.

That is the drinks stall and the Yong Tao Foo stall. The rest still must pay cash. Now I topped up already still must fork out cash for the rest of my family eating other stalls while my money is stuck inside your Kopitiam Card!!
