MAN TRIED TO RUN AWAY AFTER FINDING PROSTITUTE @ GEYLANG

A 35-year-old man was sentenced to 5 weeks of jail after he was found guilty of not paying prostitute their money after engaging in their service.

It was reported that the incident happened on 14 Oct 2019. The man has engaged the service of a prostitute through an online advertisement. Both parties agreed on a price of $120 before meeting at Min Wah Hotel located in Geylang.

However, after they were done having fun, the man refused to pay the prostitute and run out of the hotel room back into his car. The woman then gave chase while three others helped her.

In the process, the man tried to force his way out of the hotel in his car and drove over the toes of the prostitute. The incident was later reported to the authorities the next day.

After investigations, the police identify the man with the aid of the CCTV and arrested him.
