I decided to try out the job for a day. Took me the whole day to deliver packages. They have not paid me. So i contacted them today and turns out i have to note the amount i delievered down. Nobody told me to do this. And i thought i dont need to record it because the app had the amount on it. I couldnt access the app again after i told them i dont want to work there anymore.

Is there anything i can do? They say that they cant pay me since i dont have the number of packages that i delivered.
Tldr: i worked as a shoppee delivery person for one day. And because nobody told me to note down the number of parcels i delivered, i cant be paid for my full day of work when i contacted them more than a month after.

- Pretty sure Shopee can track. If not how can they verify that the delivery person did not lie and said they delivered 1000 parcels a day? I know many delivery personal like to take photo of delivered item. So just count the photos taken.
- Was the account you used, shared with other deliverers? They should be able to query how many parcels you delivered isn’t it?
- Just give them a number. If they don’t pay you Submit a complaint to MOM.
