Facebook user Marcus Chua shared how he had an issue with his Singtel services and used their in-app messaging service to ask for help.
He said that he waited “more than 1 hour” for a response from “Agent Jenny”, before being told that they couldn’t assist him.
Here is what he said
Guys, if u all have any issues with Singtel, pls do not use their in-app messaging service. They will make you wait for their response more than 1 hour, for me with Agent Jenny, End up, telling you something where they cannot assist you at all.
I think the waiting not just happened in calling in, it is happening with their in-app messaging to their agent.
Feedback to SingTel, was told by Agent Jenny that she is handling multiple customer’s issues at the same time , hence results in the prolong waiting and response.
This is poorly management of call Center, they should have more focus to dedicated customer who call in and resolve at a time before attending to next customers.
