I ordered a tv console from Big box on 14 Oct 2017 from sales person named Adam Lim. Giving them ample time to deliver it on 11 November 2017 due to our busy schedule.

On 10 November 2017 we received a call frm him stating there is issue from Customs singapore in regards to delivery of our items and postponed it to 18 november. On the 16 we received a call from Adam stating they need to postpone due to”unforseen issue” . I requested for a refund yet he said need to wait 10 to 14 days.

Till tdy 2nd december nobody call me to inform or request any info frm me.

I decided to call the sales person today 2 december 2017 at 1145 ,adam simply answered as it is in processed … i questioned back how can he processed a refund request if he doesnt confirm any details with us. He said dont knw n put down my call. Called the service hotline and their service staff keep pushing it to each other. On 4th December i called the accounts department to look for Anthony Lim to ask fr the update as he promised to update me by 9am, he didnt answer my call.

Today 5th Dec called Anthony Lim yet he refuse to answer the call.
Keep On sharing so they are aware of big box services
