SDCS clarified that they are a legitimate debt collection agency and are committed to resolving debts in a fair, legal, and respectful manner. After sharing the initial video, SDCS posted additional videos about the incident, including one where a debt collector addressed netizens who called the debtor a “hero.”
The debt collector explained that he had messaged the debtor, who had sent multiple messages that he ignored. The debt collector stated that he had only informed the debtor that if he was not willing to negotiate, the team would continue to visit his place until he was willing to talk.
The debt collector also shared screenshots of deleted messages from the debtor and questioned why a “hero” would delete messages. He further stated that the debtor had used abusive language and that he had told the debtor to talk when he had money.
