Facebook user Andy Woo shared how he had a failed delivery by Ninja Van, and questioned if they are called ninjas because “they are nowhere to be found”.

The horrible experience with Ninja Van Singapore. I have no idea why Singtel chooses to partner with them.
I had a failed delivery yesterday (31st December 2022). The customer service officer named “Harvyin” attended to me.
Harvyin confirmed with me that there is delivery services on the next day (1st January 2023) and he will re-assign the delivery for that date.
I woke up early since 9am on a holiday to prepare for the delivery but no one came even up till now (1st of January, 2.45pm as of now).
Are they called Ninjas because they are nowhere to be found during the delivery time ? If that is the case then very impressive
