MAN’S PARCEL ALLEGEDLY STOLEN BY GRAB DRIVER, RECEIVED BLANK “DELIVERED” PHOTO

What do we do if our parcel was stolen by Grab delivery driver

Our grab delivery has been stolen by the driver Our delivery was completed just 10mins after it started The drop off image is black and we have not received it at ALL.

I have tried to contact grab support but its all the superficial “we will escalate this issue to the relevant departments” there is no help there

We want to lodge a police report but we do not have any information other than the drivers “name” and they refuse to provide any personal information due to “privacy”

I tried to google but there doesnt seem to be any information on the Grab website for this criminal situation

The most i saw was a compensation but that is on the Philippines website.

This is absolutely devastating because our parcel contained an airpods pro and i dont seem to find any help anywhere and i am worried about the how there is no accountability on criminal activity by drivers in Grab platforms.

This is so serious because this is a breach of criminal offence on the platform without any way of reporting

Please advise! Thank you
