Hi I need some advice, I bought my hdb prior meeting my husband and he owns a condo. Our family is expanding but both our hse are too small to accommodate 2 kids, we will need to upgrade 1 of it. Is it possible to sell my hdb and get another hdb under my own name without my husband having to dispose his pte condo? For financial reasons, it’s best to keep 2 hse and without having to pay absd.

Lots of Melbourne and Sydney apartments being sold overseas have poor growth.
