MARSILING HAVE SHOE THIEF. TARGET EXPENSIVE SHOES ONLY.

There is a shoe thief prowling in the Marsiling HDB estate stealing shoes which resident leave outside their homes. This thief is known to steal only new or branded shoes. CCTV finally caught the thief in the act on 13 May at around 4am at Blk 26 Marsiling Drive.

The thief was dress in black shirt, jacket, trousers and carrying a big backpack to store his steals. He would select the shoes he wished to steal, used a towel to cover the shoes before walking off with it.
