Lee Cheng Yan, 36, who was convicted after he sped away in his Maserati with a police officer hanging from the driver’s door in his bid to escape as he banned from driving at that point of time.

The officer suffered serious injuries to his knee neck and back after falling off and he was place on 20 days medical leave.
Lee has applied for medical leave on three separate occasions citing respiratory illness. One all 3 occasions, he visited the same private clinic, Goh Medical Clinic to get a medical certificate.
Lee’s sentencing has been move to July 28.
