MASSEUSE ALLEGEDLY RAN HIS FINGERS UP WOMAN’S SHORTS DURING FOOT MASSAGE

Ran Weidong, the boss of Kang Foot Wellness, a foot massage shop at JCube, has been accused of outrage of modesty, in an incident that took place on 3 March 2019.

The victim was a 23-year-old paralegal (she cannot be named due to a court order) who went to his shop for a foot massage, when he asked her to change out of her jeans into a pair of shorts provided by the massage parlour.

He then personally massaged her.

The victim claimed that Ran told her that her foot pain was caused by a problem in her waist.

He then asked her to lie on her stomach, on a bed, so that he could massage her waist.

During which, the victim claimed that Ran rolled up her shorts and exposed her buttocks, putting his fingers inside her panties.

She claimed that she was in shock and didn’t know how to react, only managing to fidget around.

She alleged that Ran then rolled down the top of her shorts and rubbed her buttocks.

The entirety of the massage lasted an hour even though the victim claimed that she paid for a 40-minute session.

The victim then made a police report the next day with the help of a friend, and she refused Ran’s offer of compensation to settle the matter privately.

At the time of writing, the case is still under trial.
