Hi, we saw this incident today, thought it would be useful to raise awareness about being considerate in public.
On 15May around 3.30pm at Bedok Mall, Level 1 Carpark, we saw this black Mercedes parked on a ramp meant for the family lot and those who needs to get down via a ramp.
Parked beside this black Mercedes in the family lot was a family who had a child that had special needs/disabilities. The child was in a wheelchair. They had difficulties coming down to their lot because this black car has blocked the ramp. We noticed that the black Mercedes’ engine was running and someone was in the back seat, but the driver was not around.
We also had two baby strollers and had to struggle to manoeuvre around this black Mercedes. We were in the Carpark for the next 15mins or so to unload our groceries and put the kids in their car seats but the driver didn’t show up for the time we were there until we drove off.

Still does not give them the right to use the special lot. It’s meant for people with special needs not loading or unloading lot.
