On 29 August 18 I made a new application for a Mio TV connection at the Singtel outlet at Parkway Parade. I was told it will take 3 to 5 days to get the connection and I should wait for a call to confirm an appointment for the technicians to come over with the relevant equipment and do the setup.
My Singtel phone line / Broadband are working, Internet is up.
Its been 8 days now and I still have not got it. In the meantime during the last few days I have called singtel (1688) to check about the date of installation but no one can give me a definite date. All I am told that some “box” at the back end somewhere has not been property closed.
What does that mean?? And why is it taking “forever” to do whatever is required and resolve the matter so that I can get to watch our favorite Program’s.
I also visited the Singtel outlet at Parkway. I was told by the Singtel Staff that the person who handled my application is having an off day and only she can advise. Really???
I am really upset with the delays and not knowing what is really happening and why is it so difficult to resolve the issue quickly.
Can I expect someone to reply asap and get the work done immediately without any further delays.
