MAN GOING ON TRIAL FOR HOLDING PAPER OUTSIDE STATE COURT

A man shared a Facebook post stating that he will be charged in court for holding an A4 size paper outside the state courts.

This is what he said:

In Dec 2018, I held up this piece of paper for approx 5 seconds, took a photo and left. The State decided to charge me for participating in a public assembly at a prohibited area.

I’m going on trial on Mon 23 August, 930am, State Courts 24D to ask, since when photo taking also cannot.
