Following the recent rise in public feedback about people receiving quarantine orders and not receiving follow up from the authorities, MOH has issued an apology on their Facebook.

Some netizens have claimed that even when their quarantine orders are about to end, they still have yet to receive any updates or follow up from MOH, and that calls to the authorities went unanswered.
Some of the people who have received the QOs have even been taking leave from their work, just to wait for MOH to contact them but to no avail.
