A monkey was spotted loitering in the school grounds of Woodgrove secondary school. The monkey was probably attracted by the food smell in the school.

According to witness reports, the monkey was first seen running around in the school canteen. The school reported the incident to the authorities to catch the monkey. The monkey was captured but escaped moments before closing the cage.
The monkey was seen escaping towards block 589 along Woodlands Avenue 1.
