MONTHLY AVERAGE 50 SHOPPING BASKET MISSING FROM FAIR PRICE

According to a FB post for NTUC Fair Price, on average, at least 50 shopping basket had gone missing on a monthly basis. In the FB post, they are urging shoppers to return those baskets noted that some of this was already been abandon.

Just this year alone, at least 500 Shopping carts are reported missing from various outlets.

In the FB Post:

“Every month, our typical store may lose 50 or more baskets; some may be brought home by our customers, others may be abandoned.

As we continue to manage our stores and services in view of the #COVID19 situation, we would appreciate your help to help us return any of our baskets that you may chance upon to our stores. Together, we can ensure that everyone around us has ready access to our in-store resources to enable speedy, fuss-free shopping”
