A video was posted on the Facebook Group SG Dirty Fella which shows a group of people gather together at a multistory carpark.

It was believed that they were having a potluck as they can be seen eating together. They were also smoking at the multistory carpark which is considered illegal in Singapore.
Currently, during this phase 2 period, a gathering of more than 5 people is still illegal.
