A video surfaced online showing a group of more than 20 over cyclists hoggin all 3 lanes on a road.

The driver then honks at the cyclists as he cannot pass through and is stuck behind the huge group.
The incident purportedly happened on 16 March 2021 at around 9.18pm, although it is unclear where the incident happened.
The group of cyclists could also be guilty of violating prevailing Covid-19 safe distancing measures, as well as the road traffic act.
