Three Singaporean men aged between 25 to 62 were arrested on Monday evening by officers from the Central Narcotics Bureau (CNB) for their alleged involvement in drug related activities.
More than 5kg of Cannabis were found in a residential unit in Sengkang.

Arrested in two separate locations
The first man, aged 60, was arrested around Fernvale Link and 93 grammes of Cannabis was found on him.
He was then brought to a stationary vehicle in the vicinity where a further 42 grammes of Cannabis and 11 grams of Ice were found.
A residential unit in Fernvale Link was subsequently raided which led to the arrest of the other two men, aged 25 and 62 respectively.
In the unit, officers found multiple packets of Cannabis amounting to 5,132 grammes.
The 25 year old man was the brought by officers to his home in Whampoa Drive where a further 0.5 grammes of Cannabis was found.
Total street value of drugs
In all, the total weight and street value of all the drugs seized by CNB were 5,268g of cannabis and 11g of Ice which amounted to about $160,000 in resale value.
Investigations on the three men are currently in progress and the penalties that the three men could face more trafficking more than 500 grammes of Cannabis is the compulsory death penalty.
