MOTHER CALLED “DISGUSTING” BY STRANGER FOR KISSING HER SON

I was called disgusting for kissing my son.

So I’d taken my son out, he’s 3 and we’d gone to my work (I work in a supermarket)

And we grabbed some bits, went to check out and got chatting to my colleague who hadn’t seen him before, cue behind me of course but I wasn’t keeping anyone waiting, we chatted on and off while she still served, and the customers chimed in and all that. Just friendly conversation basically.

Now I had my son in the seat part of the trolley cause he’s a runner, can’t keep him still when we’re walking, and he asked for a hug so of course I gave him one, I kissed him on the head (which wasn’t the kiss that was the problem)

After I kissed his head he lifted his head and did the kissy face, implying he wanted a proper one.. so I did, I love my son and I have zero issues with doing that. Dad’s should be able too, son or daughter.. doesn’t matter. To him it’s a sign of love and that it.

He’s used to his mum, grandparents and stuff doing it.. why not his dad 🤷

Out of nowhere this girl, about my age kicked up a fuss that it was downright disgusting I’m kissing my young son in his mouth. It’s creepy and blah blah blah.. which upset my son because she was quite vocal. He didn’t understand fully what she was saying thank god, but it was the fact she raised her voice and scared him.

I just absolutely rounded on her and told her to mind her mouth before she really annoys me. If I want to kiss my own son I will.
