With a kid at home parents are often worried about them getting injured or doing something they are not supposed to.
A mother recently posted a warning telling others to be careful of a toy ball that could be a choking hazard.
Her son had to make a trip to the doctor after smalls bits of the toy ball went up his nose.

Here is what she said:
***WARNING to parents***
Please do NOT buy for your child!
This ball looks cute, bounces well, is lightweight (won’t hurt your kids when it lands on them)
My son peeled layers off & stuffed it into his nostrils. Thank God he didn’t suffocate. But he had to endure the pain & trauma of an endoscopy.
Could have stuffed a huge chunk into his mouth & choked.
Definitely a hazard.
Here are what netizens think:
- So many toxic parents here who pretend like they know everything about parenting. From the (not so nice) way you guys quickly judged the mom and the kid, I’m wondering whether you’re actually doing great at home as parents.
- Tbh anything, and can be any toy, can be hazardous to a child, if they are not supervised. Hope your child is fine, but be more vigilant with the things your child is exploring as they are at the curious stage.
- This mummy is here to share what she experienced and does not wish any child to happen to theirs. Not here to let those nasty person to point fingers and blame on her parenting. Blame her giving a peeling toy or tell her teach her child is this food or toy. Kids are exploring as they grow. They are curious to try and taste. This toy shld passes QC check or state not suitable 3yo and below. Squishy toy too over time will crack and tear too. No lifespan toy. Do you mean give birth to a child 24hrs supervision. We can teach the child as much as we can but can’t expect to absorb everything too. Accident do happen why always blame mother!
