On 22 February 2021 in the afternoon, a motorcycle rider was seen filtering to the first lane wherby a taxi was just beside him.

The rider then move to the right to the first lane and collided into the taxi.
But strangely, the taxi driver did not stop his vehicle and continued driving.
It was not sure what happen at that point of time and why the taxi driver did not stop immediately.
