A video emerged online showing a hit-and-run accident involving a motorcycle.
The motorcyclist was seen riding a motorcycle that had no license plate on it.
He had hit a car that was in front of him before he stopped to check himself for injuries.
He then rode away on his motorcycle.
It is unclear where the incident happened or who the motorcyclist is.
Potential penalties
Motorists who drive or ride their vehicles on the road without a proper license plate face a fine of up to $1,000 and/or a jail term of up to 3 months.
It is also a punishable offence to leave the scene of an accident, which is considered hit-and-run.
Upon conviction, first-time offenders face a fine of up to $3,000 or a jail term of up to 12 months.
