MOTORCYCLIST CRASHES THROUGH TAXI WINDOW IN HORRIFIC CRASH @ BUKIT BATOK

A motorcyclist was seen in a series of photos circulating online, after crashing through the rear window of a taxi.

He was later extricated by SCDF officers using hydraulic equipment before being sent to National University Hospital via an ambulance.

The motorcyclist still had his helmet on as his feet dangled off the taxi. A visibly destroyed motorcycle was also seen lying on the road.

The motorcyclist had apparently rear-ended a taxi and was sent flying through the air from the impact, and he ended up crashing through the back of the taxi, according to Shin Min Daily News.

The SCDF said that they were alerted to the accident that took place last Sunday (17 July) at about 10.55pm, at the junction between Bukit Batok Avenue 3 and 6.

Officers found the man trapped in the rear passenger seats of the taxi, with at least 10 SCDF officers on sit trying to rescue the stricken motorcyclist using hydraulic equipment.
