Tragically, he was then dragged under the truck, and his head was run over, resulting in immediate fatal injuries.
Witnesses reported that the deceased was riding close to the garbage truck when the collision occurred. The police received reports of the accident shortly after it happened, and multiple police vehicles were dispatched to the scene to manage the situation and conduct an investigation.
