Mr Muhammad Aliff Mohd Jeferee, a motorcyclist, is currently suing the LTA and NParks after colliding with a sambar deer.

The incident was believed to have happened at Upper Thomson Road at 9.45pm on September 21. He alleged that the deer dashed across Upper Thomson Road and he is currently taking the LTA and NParks to court for negligence.
He suffered head, shoulder and leg injuries due to the incidents and he is currently seeking damages from both LTA and NParks for the accident.
