can u all please fixed the door (the lock is not working actually) of the handicapped toilet at Boon Lay MRT Station, PLEASE! The cleaners just put a “Cleaning In Progress” sign outside the toilet to deceive the public that it is under cleaning process.
This has been going on for more than 6 months. Also at Orchard MRT Station, one of the escalators (the exit behind ION) has not been working (under maintenance sign) for more than 1 month and still NOT FIXED! What is going on here?
PLEASE take these complain/feedbacks seriously and professionally!
