A 18-year-old Chinese boy was beaten by a man for having S with his underage girl. It is believed that the father was triggered after the indecent act was recorded on the man’s mobile phone and the video was forwarded to others. He died after being admitted to the hospital.
It is reported that Malaysian police detained two men after the murder, one of whom was the girl’s father.
The murder took place at 101 Commercial Centre, Tun Jugar Road, Sarawak at around 10 pm on Thursday (July 28).
Kuching Deputy Police District Chief Superintendent confirmed when questioned that the police had arrested the woman’s father (44 years old) and his friend (51 years old) and opened an investigation under Section 302 of the Criminal Code (murder).
He said the two suspects are currently being detained for seven days until August 5.
The news said that the deceased Peng Diran (transliteration, 18 years old, living on Qingcao Road in Yuntian Garden), was accused of dating a 16-year-old girl (living in Riverview Garden) and they were in a relationship.
He had S with the 16-year-old girl a few days ago and filmed the whole process on his mobile phone and even forwarded the footage to others.
After the father found out, he searched for the whereabouts of the boy and beat the boy, causing the boy to be seriously injured and he had bruised all over his face.
The video of the boy being beaten was circulated on social media. The pictures showed that in addition to being slapped and beaten, someone even picked up a plastic chair and beat him.
During the process, the boy was also taken off his clothes to shame him in public.
After the incident, the injured teenager was not sent to the hospital for treatment in time. Instead, the person involved sent him to the police station, accusing him of assaulting an underage girl.
Reports indicated that after hearing the news, the 18-year-old man’s parents came to the police station to understand the situation and found that their son had been beaten until his nose and his face was severely bruised, and he was even unable to speak.
The teenager was sent to the Sarawak General Hospital for treatment. The medical staff found that he suffered head injuries. He was transferred to the intensive care ward of the Department of Neurology at 5 am today but later died of serious injuries.
