A 28-year-old Malaysian man got himself into an unfortunate incident by just using the toilet in his house, a snake was waiting for him in the toilet.
As he sat down on the toilet bowl, the snake launches itself towards the butt of the man and gave him a nasty bite.
The man posted photos of his encounter on Twitter stating “Dua bulan lepas bontot aku kena gigit dengan ular time aku berak. Ular tu keluar dari lubang jamban. Nasib dia tak gigit telur aku.“
Which roughly translates to
“Two months ago, my tail was bitten by a time snake. The snake came out of the latrine. Luckily he didn’t bite my egg.”
The authorities were later contacted and the snake was safely taken away.

Snakes in the toilet are not as uncommon as you think:
Some people might think that this normally happens to landed houses or kampong areas but they are totally wrong.
Previously, there were such incidents reported in Singapore.
In recent years, two similar occurrences were reported of snakes getting comfortable in the toilet at Singapore.
One occasion was a snake getting stuck in a Tampines HDB while another one is a Snake lurking out of a toilet bowl at Pasir Ris Park.
