The official gov.sg Facebook page published an announcement for to maintain a high level of protection against COVID-19, individuals from at-risk groups are encouraged to take a second booster dose 5 months after their first booster dose.
The Ministry of Health said on Facebook that with the resumption of normal activities, there is a need to ensure protection for at risk-groups.

As we resume normal activities, there is a need to ensure continued high levels of protection for at-risk groups.
MTF has accepted the Expert Committee on COVID-19 Vaccination (EC19V)’s recommendation to give a second booster dose for persons who are medically susceptible to severe COVID-19 around 5 months after receiving their first booster dose.
