A video was recently uploaded on the Instagram page complaint.sg which shows a group of young punks filming a tiktok video by dancing and shouting late in the night.

The incident happened at 1:28am and the noise has affected a resident’s sleep. The noise was so loud that they could be heard even from the opposite block.
