The netizen’s neighbour staying a few levels above of him was hanging their clothes out to dry. But, the clothes were dripping wet when it was hung out. Their selfish actions have shown that they do not care about other residents.
Some resident’s clothes could have been dried but due to their actions, they have to wait for a longer time to dry.
From the video, water droplets can be seen dripping from the clothes hung above the netizen.
