I hope #NEA or #towncouncil will look into the matter and get the culprit. For mine, the culprit threw bags of rubbish/food containers/used big detergent bottles down. This has been going on for months and not just me who encounter it. Once my neighbour heard a loud bang from the MSCP and when he looked out and discovered trash was on the grass verge.
I am unable to identify the unit and reported it through One Service app. First time reporting, no finding and case closed without placing any camera. So lucky that MP doing a house visit and reported the incident to him. The following month, the same thing happened. Reported through the One Service app and email my MP about the case.

One day #NEA officer, called me and I informed them that they have placed the camera at the wrong placement; and I am able to meet up with him to advise better on the scene. But was brushed off as he claimed he has no time and let day of the camera being deployed. So I asked him, is he waiting for someone to get injured, the officer then informed me to report again when I discovered throwing again.
