Residents of a Woodlands HDB flat complained that there were children upstairs with vigorous energy and constant floor noise.
The man reached out to Singapore Uncensored to write about his nightmares. He said that he had sought help from an MP last year, and the neighbours upstairs were reminded by the authorities that they had promised to improve, but the problems are still happening and it is miserable.
He said that the children on top are like their parent’s don’t know how to teach or don’t care. Keep jumping in the middle of the night despite the it is already 3 AM.
Mr Lim added that he has called the Police over 300 times throughout staying in his flat but still continues to suffer and he does not have enough sleep.
