NEIGHBOURS THROW ALL THEIR RUBBISH BESIDE LIFT LOBBY, SMELLY

A Facebook user, Stephen Kim, shared how it is “very disgusting and smelly every day” because of a pile of rubbish being left beside the lift lobby.

“Very disgusting and smelly every day need to pass by this area, and I can not believe this is Singapore HDB flat ,

the dustbin area just next to the lift that we need to take everyday….. @Tanjong Page Town Council, can u do something about this, block 37 Jalan rumah tinggi”

• Stephen Kim @Tanjong Page Town Council is which area in Singapore … no wonder the cleaners cannot find the dustbin to clear it 

• Actually we all should reflect on this? If people don’t behave and discard their items like this it will solve half the issue. Even if our garment dispatch 24/7 cleaner on standby we don’t do our part forever will be this dirty. Once when I opened the rubbish chute my upstairs neighbour just chunk some soupy dish right down

• These rubbish obviously dumped from renovation, its the contractor’s issue. The green bin is usually placed in the area where it’s accessible to the truck . The problems lies with the community who dumps their rubbish in anyway they deem – thinking it would be cleared off by the cleaners.
