I need advice before I file the police report. I got a neighbor son who likes to modified his electric scooter outside the corridor of the 1 room flat. and always in the midnight. every week three to four day and been like that for almost three years.
I did ask him to not to do that at night but at first still ok than after few days he do his modifying again. from his electric bicycle now to his electric scooter. and we stay in one room flat whatever he do we can heard it loudly. he even in the middle of the night try his music loud loud. I did write to Town council, LTA, and fire department but nothing works.
If you are me, how can you stand the noise from night till morning? Many of the Neighbour here are old folk so we endure it not to cause trouble. but this affects our sleep. I do not know do Police handle this kind of things, just asking what should I do. No Police will patrol a one room flat for this kind of case I think. Just need advice. thank you
