This was posted on NTUC’s Facebook page as a complaint. As usual, a generic reply was given in the comments section.
NTUC FairPrice:Â Hi Geraldine, our apologies for the quality of product purchased from us.Â
“We would like to look further into this matter with the said store and supplier. Could you pm us your contact details for our officers to be in touch with you? Thank you.”
For this to happen obviously the quality check is not there.
