NETIZEN CLAIMS THAT CAR PARK WARDEN ISSUED TICKET TO S PLATE CAR PARKED IN LOADING/UNLOADING LOTS BUT MALAYSIAN REG VEHICLE IS NOT PENALISED!

Today I witness a HDB car park warden issued a ticket on a S plate car parked in marked lots for loading only but a Malaysian reg.vehicle parked next to it was not issued
Maybe there is different set of working on different type of vehicles bearing non S registration plates.Good luck to that S plate car…$100.00 fine
