This BCA Permit to Operate lift certificate at Blk 475 AMK Ave 10 Lift B. “SIGMA LIFT”. Will AMK Town Council take responsibility for any incidents if happen to us residents staying in this block??? The certificate had expired. So this lift had yet to be certified good and safe for resident usage. Recent problems of Sigma lifts are rising around Singapore HDB blocks.
Why this lift is still in operations without a valid certificate??? Town Council staffs are too lenient to this lift company as previously this very same lift do not have a valid certifcate to operate until i posted on the Town Council facebook. Now this is happening again. Pray that no accidents will happen(touchwood). Please tell us how your Town Council is going to improve on the standard of maintenance and inspections???
