NETIZEN CLAIMS THAT MAN DESPITE NOT BEING AUTHORIZED BY CHARITY STILL CONTINUES TO DISTRIBUTE THE FLYER!

I kept getting this every now and then from the same person. I made two police reports and your officers kept telling me they have warned the so-called Dave. Then how come he still does this in the name of Africa charity when he is not even authorized by them? Should I make ANOTHER police report? What else can we do to stop this kind of people?
