
My cousin ordered invisible grill from Legate end getting lousy service plus quality.
Disappointing experience with Legate and their sales personnel. Cancelling our confirmation appointment 1 hour before the appointment.Sending an invoice via whatsapp with illegible handwriting and poor resolution. Could only figure out the pricing.
Providing wrong colour grille which she said could be done the same as the wall colour (obviously forgot when she issue her invoice).Asking to change installation timing 1 day before, which we only agreed to as they indicated work can be completed by 6pm.Â
However, this is not the case, as the installers (which are very good) make it known on the spot that they can only finish by 8pm. (A lot of effort has been put in to arrange alternative place for baby to have a restful day). Legate definitely had their marketing done well… cos I’m going to remember you for a long long time. My poor window…
