NETIZEN CLAIMS THAT TELCO BLOCK CHARGE OF 1GB FOR EXCESS 100MB IS UNREASONABLE!

Starhub mobile bill for 1 hp (before 7% GST) is shown here. The bill inclusive of GST is S$134.50. For excess data of only 100MB, local telcos slap on a 1GB BLOCK CHARGE of S$10.70 inclusive 7% GST. IDA, Anti Competition Commission and CASE are all asleep or do they condone such greedy profiteering?
