DO NOT TRUST M1
I was persuaded by M1 salesperson to purchase my phone with M1 fone care, it was said to be if there any damaged or lost of phone we can claim another new phone. However today I claimed their service, before I make any confirmation, I enquired again and again whether the phone they provided is brand new and their replied is yes, IT WILL BE A NEW PHONE.
To my frustration, what they did is just passing you a 2ND HAND PHONE. Who would want to make a payment of premium every mth to protect your phone and then a lump sum before claiming their service of protection ended up with a 2ND HAND PHONE FROM M1.
They actually have the face to ask me, HOW DO U FIND OUT IT NOT A NEW PHONE?
I am simply disgusted with their ways of doing business
