A netizen took to Facebook to share how a fridge that she donated to someone else had been resold.
She posted on a Facebook group named “(Singapore) give away/donate item FOC for those who might need”.
What happened?
The OP posted a photo on 9 March, of her fridge that she wanted to pass on and give away for free, presumably to someone who needs it more.
A woman then indicated her interest in the fridge in the comments, so the netizen decided to give the fridge to the woman.
The woman who received the fridge then lamented that it was “very small” and said that she will look for a bigger one, to which the OP asked her to pass it on to someone else who needs it more once she’s found a bigger fridge.
The OP then scrolled through Facebook and was dismayed to find that her fridge that she gave the woman was being listed for $60 on a separate page.
So the OP confronted the woman.
