It does appears to me the the existing ruling party government is snow-balling the all issues and problems by sweeping under carpet and now this gigantic snowball is so huge that it will crack and burst like firework across all areas. Hope for the best as I am seeing and feeling it now as I am sure you all can see all the new facilities and areas started to have problem and issues.
Was at the new Bedok@Heartbeat and after an afternoon torrential rain the ground level and second level were flooded with water with maintenance men keep sweeping the water out and in second floor there is the escalator the can be exposed to rain coming in and also the lifts by the side, so patients after seeing the polyclinincs maybe affected by the rain if they are using the escalators or the lifts. So first class design? basic tropical factors like sunshine and heavy rain not taken into consideration? Cheers
