A netizen has taken to social media to express her disappointment with her recent order from 8 Crabs Seafood Restaurant.
She had ordered an eight course meal from the restaurant for her family’s reunion dinner and then said that only four out of the eight courses turned out to be edible and after eating halfway, her family ordered fast food to eat instead.
She adds that the crab smells like ammonia, the vegetable colours are yellow green, there’s still blood in the chicken wings and that the pork is not fully cooked.
The meal was eaten by her nephew and son first and she hopes that the poor quality of the food will not cause them to fall ill.
In an update, the netizen said that the restaurant has contacted them by texting and calling and she thanks the power of social media to bring this matter up for the restaurant to be alerted.

Crab unclean with ammonia smell, yellow green bitter veg (not sure if it wash super bitter) cut all wings there’s blood in chicken, pork not fully cooked at all 80% still red only 20% can see it’s cook.
My nephew and son eat first hopefully they don’t get diarrhoea or food poisoning. Still no reply from yesterday till now.”

- they will most likely ask you to take down the complaint to offer you a refund or exchange, as they’ve done before. The only reason their facebook and google reviews are all so highly rated is cause they filter out and delete all other bad reviews. Normally they wont reply to those, just get rid of them and pretend nothing happen. The only reason they replied to you in this scenario is only cause you posted on a group where they cant delete the post, unlike on their page. shitty business
- They wont respond. Ordered from them once. Food was damn late, no compensation despite their delivery guarantee. Just a restaurant wannabe that invested a lot on Facebook ads. Btw, food also sucks, a vast difference from their sponsored influencer posts.
